Can't Find Your Repair?
Apple Watch Series 10 Screen Replacement
£199
Repair Description
Cracked your Series 10 screen? It's the repair we handle most. The Series 10 uses Apple's largest and most advanced watch display yet - a wide-angle screen that stays bright even when viewed from the side. Because the glass, touch layer and display are bonded as one sealed unit, even a small crack often causes dead spots or lets moisture in later.
Fitting the correct display matters more on this model than any before it, as budget panels lose that wide-angle brightness completely. We use properly matched screens and reseal your watch with fresh waterproof adhesive so it keeps its full water and dust protection. Most are completed the same day, with a 12-month warranty.

Apple Watch Series 10 Battery Replacement
£95
Repair Description
Watch not lasting the day any more? That's the battery wearing down, and it's one of our most common Series 10 jobs. These were built for around 18 hours per charge, and the usual warning signs are sudden shutdowns around 30% or noticeable overnight drain.
The Series 10 is the thinnest Apple Watch ever made, which leaves very little room inside, so battery work here needs real care. We fit a certified high-capacity battery, check it reads correctly and reseal the watch so it stays water-resistant. If the screen has started lifting at a corner, book in promptly: that's a swollen battery and it's best dealt with quickly.

Apple Watch Series 10 Charging Repair
£95
Repair Description
Watch won't charge, or only charges when placed just so? Your Series 10 charges wirelessly through the metal back of the case, so the usual culprits are sweat corrosion where the charger sits, a worn charging cable, a fault in the internal charging components, or a battery too tired to hold power.
We test the charger, then the cable, then the watch itself in that order rather than swapping parts and hoping. That means you only ever pay for what's genuinely failed. Every charging repair gets a full charge cycle on the bench before it comes back to you.

Repair Description
Something else wrong and you're not sure what? We regularly fix water damage, watches stuck on the Apple logo or restarting in a loop, Blood Oxygen, ECG and temperature readings that won't work, speaker and music playback faults, Double Tap not responding, muffled calls, a Digital Crown that's stopped turning, missing vibration, GPS and pairing drop-outs, overheating and mobile signal problems.
We examine your watch thoroughly, identify the true cause, explain it in plain English and confirm the full price before starting any work. And if we can't fix it, you don't pay a penny.

Apple Watch Series 10 Repair: Check Your Size Before You Order Anything
The Series 10 changed case sizes to 42mm and 46mm. That’s the third size change Apple has made:
- 40mm and 44mm – Series 4, 5, 6 and both SE generations
- 41mm and 45mm – Series 7, 8 and 9
- 42mm and 46mm – Series 10 and Series 11
A single millimetre sounds trivial, but none of these screens or batteries are interchangeable. If you’ve been quoted for a 41mm or 45mm part, it’s for a different watch and won’t fit. Give us your model number and we’ll always get the right part first time.
Which Apple Watch Series 10 Do You Have?
Open the Watch app on your iPhone, tap General, then About to find your model number.
| Model | Size | Type |
|---|---|---|
| A2997 | 42mm | GPS |
| A2999 | 46mm | GPS |
| A3001 | 42mm | GPS + Cellular |
| A3003 | 46mm | GPS + Cellular |
Quick tip: a red ring around the Digital Crown means you have a Cellular model.
The Thinnest Apple Watch Ever Made
Released in September 2024, the Series 10 measures just 9.7mm thick – around 10% slimmer than the Series 9, and genuinely noticeable on the wrist. Apple also switched the aluminium models to a metal back panel, which helped deliver the fastest charging of any Apple Watch: roughly 80% in half an hour.
Getting all that into a thinner case meant packing the internals tighter than any Apple Watch before it. There’s less room for error opening one, less tolerance refitting the display, and considerably more at stake if the seal isn’t restored properly afterwards.
It’s a watch that rewards patience and the correct tooling, and punishes rushed work. That’s why we handle Apple Watch repairs on a dedicated bench rather than alongside phone jobs, with technicians who do this daily.
Aluminium or Titanium? It Affects Your Repair
The Series 10 came in two case materials, and they don’t share the same front glass:
- Aluminium – Ion-X glass. Lighter and more affordable, but the easier of the two to crack
- Polished titanium – sapphire glass. Considerably tougher against knocks, and a premium watch well worth repairing rather than replacing
Titanium returned with the Series 10 after skipping the Series 8 and 9 entirely, replacing the stainless steel option. Sapphire screens cost more than Ion-X, so tell us your case material when you book and we’ll quote accurately straight away.
The Problems We Fix Most Often
- Cracked screens. The clear number one, and the larger display on this model means more glass exposed. Aluminium versions break more readily than titanium ones.
- Worn batteries. Close behind. The always-on display keeps the screen lit for much of the day, which works the battery harder than most people realise.
- Speaker and audio faults. The Series 10 is the first Apple Watch that plays music and podcasts through its own speaker, so speaker problems get noticed far more on this model than on any earlier one.
- Charging faults. Usually sweat and grime building up between the back of the watch and the charger.
- Health readings not working. Blood Oxygen, ECG and temperature all rely on sensors in the back of the case, so damage there is the usual cause.
- Water getting in. The Series 10 handles swimming and shallow water when new, but a damaged seal removes that protection entirely – which is why we pressure-check every watch before returning it.

Repair or Replace? Our Honest View
Repair, without much hesitation. The Series 10 is a recent watch running Apple’s current software, watchOS 26, with every feature fully supported. There’s nothing dated about it at all.
A screen or battery replacement costs a fraction of a new watch, takes a few days, and saves you unpairing, setting everything up again and losing your Activity history. If you own the titanium model, repairing is an even clearer decision given what it cost new.
We’ll also tell you straight when a repair isn’t worth it. Severe water damage or a very heavy impact occasionally can’t be fixed reliably, and we’d rather be honest than take your money for work that won’t last.
