At iExpert Repairs, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by offering high-quality products and services. We understand that occasionally, you may need to return an item. This Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted, ensuring a smooth and transparent process for all our valued customers.
1. Eligibility for Returns
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt; for a full refund or exchange. Must conditions must be followed to be eligible for returns
- Items must be returned or replaced within 14 of purchase.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
- Returned goods must be packaged securely, with all original packaging undamaged and in a saleable condition. Goods must be unused and security seals intact.*
Please note that returns are not accepted for used items that are not faulty. This ensures fairness and compliance with our store policy.

2. Faulty Goods
If your item is faulty, damaged, or does not match the description at the time of purchase, please contact us immediately within 48 hours. We are happy to assist with a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
3. Phone, Laptop & iPad Repairs
We understand that you may not be completely satisfied with our repair service. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer a 12-month warranty on all repairs.
- Warranty Coverage: If any repair work fails within 12 months, we will repair or replace any faulty parts at no extra cost.
- Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover physical damage (e.g., cracks, scratches) or water damage. We will inspect any issues to determine if the damage was caused by pressure or mishandling.
- Refunds: Once you book a repair with us, you accept the terms and conditions. If an issue arises within 7 days of the repair, contact us immediately, we can offer a refund or repair it. After this period, we can only offer a repair or replacement in accordance with UK consumer rights.
- Software & Calibration Issues: Software-related issues, including calibration errors, may occur even after the installation of genuine parts and are beyond our control. These issues fall under the manufacturer’s responsibility. iExpert Repairs’ warranty does not cover software updates, calibration failures caused by software, or any other software-related problems.
