Our mail-in repair service is designed to make the process simple from start to finish. If you’re unable to visit our Southend store, you can book your repair online, choose a suitable date, send your device to us, and we’ll take care of the rest.

1. Book your repair

Choose your device, select the repair you need, and place your order online using the book now button on the repair page. During booking, you’ll also be able to choose whether you’d prefer an in-store repair or our mail-in repair service, depending on what works best for you.

2. Choose your sending date

Once you’ve selected your repair, choose the date that suits you best to send your device to us. If you’re booking an in-store repair, you’ll instead choose the date you’d like to visit our Southend store.

3. Check your email

After your booking is complete, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation email with everything you need. For mail-in repairs, this includes your booking details, shipping instructions, and the address to send your device to.

4. Send us your device

For mailing, simply package your device securely and send it to us using your nearest courier or postal service. Once your device arrives with us, we’ll check it in and prepare it for repair. If you’ve selected an in-store booking, just bring your device to us on your chosen date and time.

5. We repair it

As soon as your device arrives, our technicians will inspect it and carry out the repair as quickly as possible. Most repairs are completed within 8-12 hours, depending on the issue and parts required. If anything unexpected comes up during the repair, we’ll contact you before going any further.

6. We send it back

Once your repair is complete, your device is carefully packaged and returned to you using tracked delivery. In most cases, customers receive their repaired device back within 2-3 working days, so you can get back up and running as quickly as possible.

Mail-in repairs are typically completed within 8-12 hours of arrival at our workshop. Once repaired, your device is sent back via tracked delivery, usually arriving within 2-3 working days.

Complex repairs

Some issues, like motherboard faults, firmware problems, software troubleshooting, or rare hardware replacements, may take longer. If a repair is delayed, we will notify you and provide an estimated completion time.

Tracking & updates

You will receive email updates throughout the repair process for mail-in devices. This includes confirmation when we receive your device, when the repair starts, and when it’s shipped back to you.

What your warranty covers

Your warranty covers the replacement part fitted during the repair as well as the labour involved in completing the repair. If a fault develops that is directly related to the repair we completed, we will inspect the device and, where applicable, repair or replace the affected part under warranty free of cost.

What is not covered

Our warranty does not cover any new damage or faults caused after the repair has been completed. This includes physical damage, drops, cracks, pressure damage, bent devices, liquid or water damage, misuse, accidental damage, or any unrelated internal faults that were not part of the original repair.

Important warranty conditions

The warranty applies only to the specific repair carried out and does not cover unrelated issues or pre-existing faults with the device. Any repair, tampering or internal work carried out by a third party after our repair may void the warranty.
