The Cheapest iPhone in the Range to Repair

Every repair on this page costs less than the equivalent job on any other current iPhone. A 16e screen is £99 where a 17 Pro Max panel is £299. The battery is £59 rather than £99. That is not us discounting the model, it is simply what the parts cost, and we pass that through rather than charging a flat rate across the range.

It changes the decision you are making. With a Pro Max there is at least a conversation to have about whether a repair is worth it. With a 16e there usually is not. A £99 screen on a handset worth several times that is straightforward maths, and even a phone needing two repairs at once is almost always worth saving.

We do the work ourselves at our Essex repair centre, and everything carries the same twelve month warranty as the flagship models.

iPhone 16e Screen Replacement (£99)

The display is replaced as a complete assembly, glass and panel together, because the two are laminated as one unit. At £99 this is among the most affordable current-generation iPhone screen replacements available anywhere.

One check before you book: if the handset still rings, vibrates and clearly works but shows nothing, the display connector may have been knocked loose rather than the panel broken. iPhone 16e Battery Replacement (£59)

At £59 this is the cheapest battery replacement we offer on a current iPhone, and it is often the single best value repair on our list. A battery swap on a handset that is otherwise perfectly healthy effectively resets the phone to a full day of use for a fraction of the cost of replacing it.

• Shutting down suddenly with charge still showing
• Charge dropping in steps instead of smoothly
• Warmth during light use like messaging or browsing
• Needing a charger by mid-afternoon when it used to last

iPhone 16e Back Glass Replacement (£59)

Rear glass is bonded to the frame and separated with a laser rather than heat and prying tools. At £59 there is very little reason to live with a cracked back, which is fortunate, because cracked rear glass causes problems that go well beyond appearance.

iPhone 16e Charging Repair (£59)

Before paying for anything, let us check whether you need a repair at all. Pocket lint compacts into the bottom of the USB-C socket and stops the cable seating properly, and it is the most common cause of a phone that will not charge. Cleaning it is not a £59 job.

Genuine port failure shows as charging that only works at one angle, cuts out when you move the phone, a connector that feels loose, or charging that works while data transfer refuses. iPhone 16e Camera Repair (£89)

Camera repair is the one job on this page that is not dramatically cheaper than elsewhere in the range, because the module itself is not a budget component. We still separate lens cover damage from module failure, since the former is far less expensive than the latter.

• Blurry or soft images across every shooting mode
• Rattling or grinding from failing stabilisation
• Cracked outer lens cover with the module intact
• Camera app opening black or crashing on launch
• Focus hunting endlessly without locking on

Water Damage and Anything Unexplained

Liquid damage cannot be priced before we open the phone, on any model. Corrosion spreads unpredictably, and on a lower-cost handset there is a genuine point at which the repair stops making financial sense. How Long, What Is Covered and Where We Are

In-store repairs are usually completed within one to three hours on the same day and you are welcome to wait. Mail-in repairs are typically finished within eight to twelve hours of arriving and returned by tracked delivery, most customers getting their phone back within two to three working days. Send-back postage is free and Klarna is available at checkout.

The 16e carries exactly the same 12 month warranty on parts and labour as every other repair we do. Faults relating to our work are put right at no cost. New accidental damage, liquid damage and unrelated faults are not covered, and third party work afterwards voids it.
